Content Guidelines

Here at 876 Worldwide Limited (henceforth, “We”, “Us”, and “the Company”) our mission is to show the best Jamaica has to offer, so we pride ourselves on circulating diverse, inclusive, high quality content. We hold to strict rules when producing and publishing content, and require that all ambassadors and affiliates (henceforth “You”) adhere to these guidelines when posting content linked to, on behalf of, or in reference to the Company, its brand, or its assets.

When publishing content provided by Us to You, the following guidelines apply to said media unless We have provided explicit exemption, which We retain the right to withhold for any reason:

 

Do NOT alter the media in any way shape or form;

Do NOT politicize or otherwise publish the media within a politicized context;

Do NOT reference other brands;

Do NOT engage in any behaviour or rhetoric that may damage the goodwill or brand of the Company or its agents;

Do NOT impugn, disparage or discriminate against any group, figure or entity, whether public or private

 

When You produce and publish media including, involving or featuring the Company, its assets, products, or agents:

 

Use ONLY the approved branding assets (i.e. Logo, tagline, etc.) as provided by the Company for the purposes of associating the media with the the Company;

Take care NOT to misrepresent the Company’s name or website (whether referenced in text or via hyperlink) typographically;

Do NOT superimpose any graphic or text over the logo or other brand assets;

Do NOT produce or publish media featuring any of the Company’s agents without the consent of both the Company and the agent in question;

Take care NOT to include other brands, logos, watermarks or products within the media that may construe a partnership, relationship or affiliation with the those brands unrelated to the Company;

Take care NOT to misrepresent your relationship to the Company;

Do NOT modify the Company’s products without the consent of the Company;

Do NOT politicize the media or otherwise present it in a political context;

Do NOT engage in any behaviour or rhetoric that may damage the goodwill or brand of the Company or its agents;

Do NOT impugn, disparage or discriminate against any group, figure or entity, whether public or private;

Do NOT encourage or facilitate any illegal activity;

Do NOT represent the brand within an obscene, vulgar or otherwise indecent context;

 

We retain the right to authorize exemptions to these guidelines on a case by case basis and may, from time to time, make changes to the above guidelines. While we will make reasonable effort to communicate such changes to our partners, ambassadors and affiliates- it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of and compliant with these guidelines.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of our working relationship with You.
