We want you to love your 876 Worldwide experience! Below are our policies for cancellations, returns, and exchanges.


Cancelling/Modifying an Order Before Shipment

Changed your mind? No problem! If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, you can:

  • Request store credit (full order value). This way you can customize your new order without missing a beat. (NOTE: We cannot guarantee the items you ordered the first time will be available on resubmission. If you want to ensure you get something you ordered in the first order, see 'Request an order adjustment' below.)
  • Request an order adjustment. We'll adjust your order per your preferences and issue a payment request/store credit for any extra. This option takes more time, but any items in your original order are still reserved for you.
  • Request a refund. Refunds are processed within 2 business days and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (covers payment processing/admin costs). This typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
  • Shipping is fully refundable pre-dispatch, except for Premium Shipping (which is subject to the cancellation fee above). You can avoid the fee entirely by opting for store credit (full order value) or modifying your order.


How to cancel/modify:

Email us ASAP at support@876worldwide.com using the email you ordered with and specifying the order number(s) you want to cancel/modify. Include details on any replacements, additions, or removals you want to make. Once an order is shipped, standard return policies apply.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. Our quality assurance team will carefully review each case to ensure we understand exactly what happened. We take pride in our thorough inspection process - every item is checked multiple times before shipping, but we recognize that occasional issues can slip through.

Once we've completed our review, we'll promptly arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or process a full refund at no cost to you. Our goal is to make it right while improving our processes. Please note that refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process after approval.


Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns within 30-days of purchase: Items must be unused, tagged, and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: Swimwear, underwear, towels, and clearance items (hygiene reasons).
  • Process:
    1. Email us with your order number and pictures of the items so we can investigate and initiate the return process.
    2. When prompted- ship items to:

      1. Returns/exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection, and are contingent on the condition of the item and packaging.

    Note: It's your responsibility to cover return shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost during shipping so we recommend tracked/insured mail.


    Final Notes

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable once package is shipped/in transit.
    • Sale items may have modified policies. If an item bought on sale is returned, customers will not receive the unmodified price as a refund for the item.  
    • We reserve the right to deny returns for used/damaged goods.
